As it is now winter, mudguards when on group rides please.
Saturday there are 3 club runs from 2 start places to help keep numbers down for each run. Meet at the Millennium Hall at 9:15am for Kirriemuir - Peel Farm (Kirrimuir - Peel Farm) or at Tay Bridge South Car Park for Kingdom of Fife Fun (Fife Coast). There is also a shorter, easier paced run from the Millennium Hall at 9:30am, route likely to be Kirriemuir - Peel farm too. All runs planned to be non stop, so bring enough food and drink!
Maintain social distancing at the meeting points and at any cafe stop (current rules are 6 people from 2 households in cafes). Good hygiene to be maintained at all times, no snot rockets! It hopefully goes without saying, but if you or anyone in your household have any Covid symptoms, waiting on test results, self isolating or returned from a non air bridge country please do not attend the club activities.
All newcomers are welcome. If you can cycle 40+ miles in 2.5 hours (i.e. 15-16 mph) then you will manage fine on the steady runs, otherwise we suggest trying the beginners run. If you are new to club cycling then please see the FAQ page.
Dundee Wheelers Cycling Club was established in 1971 through a merger of the Dundee Roads and Forfarshire clubs.
Today it is the largest club in the Dundee area and enjoys a reputation for its friendliness and the welcome it gives to riders of all ages and abilities.
Although a number of members race at local and national level, others cycle for purely recreational purposes. All enjoy the unique comradeship that cycling as a group brings.

Club meetings are held at 8pm every Tuesday when club matters are discussed in an informal manner over a drink. The meetings are held at Morgan Academy FP Rugby Club clubrooms in Alloway Place.
