If you are thinking of joining the club we suggest you come along for a club run first. All newcomers are welcome. If you can cycle 40+ miles in less than 3 hours (i.e. 13-14 mph) then you will manage fine on the beginners runs. If you are new to club cycling then see our FAQ page and for those new to riding in a bunch, here are some Do's & Don'ts.

Details of the weekly club runs are on the web site. The club runs are suited to all abilities with the faster group leaving from the Camperdown Country Park at 9am on a Saturday and 9:30am on a Sunday. A steadier and newcomers group leaves from from the Millennium Hall , Muirhead at 9:15am on a Saturday. The duration of the runs, with a coffee stop, is approximately 3-4 hours depending on conditions. The club runs provide the opportunity, and practice, in riding in the company of others, and also advice on cycle maintenance, what to wear, what to carry, etc. All newcomers welcome and there is no obligation to join the club.

Club meetings are held at 8pm every Tuesday when club matters are discussed in an informal manner over a drink. The meetings are held at Morgan Academy FP Rugby Club clubrooms in Alloway Place. Membership fees are £15 p.a. and are due following the AGM in November.
