Brrrrrrr, it’s winter time.
There were 8 of us that set off from a very chilly Gates and past another great crowd out for the Millennium Hall runs. A brisk pace to Tully and on to Coupar Angus, where Lionel turned off as we headed to Meikleour. A slightly longer loop to Lethendy to stay on the bigger roads, avoiding frost, and on to Blairgowrie for a warming cafe stop.
The cafe was then mobbed by us as 30 cyclists on the various runs descended – going to have to find new bigger cafes, a nice problem to have! Stories of some tumbles on ice with thankfully no major damage, so be careful out there.
We then split into various groups for the steady run home again sticking to the main roads to avoid any ice. A cracking morning and great to see so many new and returning faces to the runs.
